Crockwell speaks of his role as director of the Hyde Art Collection in Glens Falls, New York; his background and education in commercial art; painting murals; his involvement in the WPA Federal Art Project, and its effect on his career; his work designing magazine covers; and his involvement in filmmaking and animation.
