Two diaries, October 1889 to March 1890, one kept by George, and one by Lewis during a sailing trip on the Mississippi River; seven sketches made by George during the trip; two short stories by George; a family scrapbook compiled by George's wife, Jessie, which contains, among other things, photographs of Lewis's paintings, and sketches by Lewis; an autograph book; photographs of Lewis's paintings; and clippings.
