Writer (St. Petersburg, Fla.). Born in Scranton, Pa., Fulton was educated at Wellesley College. She later served as Art Editor for the ST. PETERSBURG TIMES and was a member of the League of American Pen Women.

The donor, W. O. Lang, received these papers after Fulton's death through their mutual involvement in the St. Petersburg Branch of the National League of American Pen Women.
