Included are biographical material, correspondence, writings,subject files, exhibition files, financial records, photographs and printed material relating to Gibran's art and his community involvement with Arab immigrants in the United States, in particular, Boston, Massachusetts.

Material on 35mm microfilm reel 374 available at the Archives of American Art offices or through interlibrary loan.

Reel 374: Material returned to the lender, Kahlil Gibran, after microfilming.
Immediate Source of Acquisition
Material was both lent and donated by Kahlil George Gibran, April 1972.The bulk of the material was donated in 2020 by Jean Gibran, Kahlil Gibran's widow. It is unclear whether the material on reel 374 was donated in 2019.
