Primarily printed material pertaining to the various California art organizations and clubs in which Harris was a member, 1923-1980, including exhibition announcements and catalogs, newsletters, bulletins, including a series of THE ART BEACON, 1948-1972; correspondence, 1928-1979; photographs of Harris and other artists, including Bennett Bradbury, Darwin Darcoin, Naomi Evans and Hanson Puthuff painting outdoors, several sets of photographs of Harris in the process of painting some of his major works, of art works, art club meetings, friends and family and various other unidentified people. Also included are 4 sketches by Harris.
