Programs for the Kit Kat Club's 3rd and 4th Annual Artists' Masque Ball, Feb. 16, 1909 and Feb. 7, 1910; and a 1909 advertisement for the sale of property for single family residences in Rutherford, N.J., by the Carlton Realty Company, with the stipulation that "For every sale ... that can be traced to this advertisement, or to any member of the Kit Kat Club, the Carlton Realty Co. will contribute a substantial sum for the benefit of the club."
