Immediate Source of Acquisition
The papers were initially lent for microfilming in 1964 by Sylvia Loomis. All but the photographs were subsequently donated in 2014 with additional material by Loomis' daughter, Ilse Gay.

Use of original papers requires an appointment and is limited to the Archives' Washington, D.C., Research Center.
