De Hirsh Margules letters to Mary Davis Wallace, measure 0.3 linear feet and date from 1939-1955. Letters date from 1950-1964. Also included are a couple of notes by Margules, printed material, a silhouette of Roy Wilson, a blank postcard of a painting by Margules, and two drawings by De Hirsh Margules, 1939 and 1955.

De Hirsh Margules (1899-1965) was a painter and a poet from New York, N.Y. Mary Davis Wallace studied under Margules at Ball State Teacher's College (now Ball State University) and the two maintained a strong friendship.
