Portions of the collection are avaiable on 35mm microfilm reel 3161 at the Archives of American Art offices and through interlibrary loan. Researchers should note that the arrangement of material described in the container inventory does not reflect the arrangement of the collection on microfilm.
Immediate Source of Acquisition
Lois Dailey Orswell letters from Curt Valentin and Richard Stankiewicz were donated to the Archives of American art in 1973 by Wolfgang Freitag Bafflin of the Fine Arts Library of the Fogg Art Museum, Harvard University, who acted as liason between Orswell and the Archives of American Art.
