16 black and white photographs of installation preparations and gatherings at Perdalma Gallery. Identified subjects include Stanley Boxer, Carl Holty, Leonard Brenner, Ilya Bolotowski, Vaclav Vytlacil, Ara Klausner, and Joyce Weinstein. Also included is a Perdalma label from a painting by gallery co-founder Ara Klausner.

The Perdalma Gallery was co-founded in 1950 by Ara Klausner and Stanley Boxer, in New York, N.Y. It closed in 1955.

Administration

Immediate Source of Acquisition
Donated 2011 by Joseph Keiffer, brother of the executor of Rachel Klausner's (Ara Klausner's wife) estate. The photographs are the only known records of the Perdalma Gallery.
