Kenneth Stubbs (1907-1967) was an American artist in Washington, D.C. Stubbs was a student of E. Ambrose Webster at the Webster Art School, Provincetown, Massachusetts, in the summer of 1931 and 1934. He married his wife Miriam in 1948 and they had a summer home in Provincetown and were members of the Provincetown Art Association.
