Records of the 4th Texas Sculpture Symposium held in 1983 at the University of Texas, Austin, Texas. Included is a brief history of the symposium; a list of participating artists and lecturers; a grant application to the Texas Commission on the Arts; correspondence, including letters received by Stephen Daly, Coordinator of the Symposium, and letters with J. Robert Wills, Dean of the University of Texas at Austin, College of Fine Arts: a program of events; printed material including clippings, a press release, newsletters, and exhibition announcements; and a report containing an evaluation and bibliography of the symposium.
