William Radford Thomas (1930- ) is an arts administrator, educator, painter and printmaker active in Texas and Washington State. Thomas was born in Texas and educated at University of Texas and New Mexico Highlands University. Has taught at various institutions including Eastern Washington State College from 1970-1974.
