Scope and Contents
A 30 minute documentary about a public art installation and protest action of artist Lee Waisler created in downtown Los Angeles, May, 1982. Waisler explores the responsibilities of the individual as citizen and artist. He creates artworks which are intended as political statements to be viewed on the streets by a wide public audience. He addresses in his work the destructive effect of the atomic bomb and his belief in the need for reduction of nuclear weapons.
