One video cassette recording containing three short videos about SoHo: "Retrieval," "The Part That Just Happened," and "Park Rally." White interviews artists and community figures, and visually records the changing of the neighborhood from an artists' neighborhood into a housing and shopping district for the wealthy and a tourist destination, and documents the disappearance of public art in SoHo.
