These records consist of administrative files. The files contain internal and external memorandum and correspondence concerning grounds and greenhouse maintenance, most of which contain horticulture services. There is correspondence from the Blair House, the National Park Service, the Festival of American Folklife, and the Garden Club of America/Archives of American Garden. Additionally there is some correspondence from Environmental Management and Safety deal with hazardous waste disposal and correspondence regarding the United States Soldier and Airmen's Home. Also included are landscape sketches and drawings, vouchers, invoices, and notes for the FY 1990 and 1991.
