Biographical/Historical note

Scott J. Parker, b. 1955, in Appleton, WI. Attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh from 1973 through 1975; Served in the United States Marine Corps, 1975 through 1978; attended the Milwaukee Area Technical College from 1979 through 1981. He was in Ghana while in the Peace Corps from 1981 through 1983 and continues to photograph as a hobby.
