Collection consists of full film record and edited films shot by Scott Williams in the Federated States of Mirconesia. Collection also contains associated texts, still film, sound recordings, annotations (recorded narratives, and field notes.

As an historical document, its contents may be at odds with contemporary views and terminology and considered offensive today.
