Scope and Contents
Collection consists of outtakes from a 1980-81 filming project in Dhrangadrha region, Gujerat, India by Jayasinhji Jhala and Roger Sandall. Film materials were edited into two films A ZENANA: SCENES AND RECOLLECTIONS and TRAGADA BHAVAI: A RURAL THEATER TROUPE OF GUJERAT. Collection also contains sound recordings.

As an historical document, its contents may be at odds with contemporary views and terminology and considered offensive today.
