Scope and Contents
Footage documents travel in Sierra Madre Mountains in northern Mexico and shows daily activities of the Tarahumara Indians and a Jesuit mission in the Tarahumara village of Sisoguichi. Footage also features head of Jesuit mission Padre Luis G. Verplancken, S.J. The edited television program "Pillars of the World" was constructed from this footage and contemporary footage shot in the same area.
