Scope and Contents
The Edward Ezrol slides feature images taken by Ezrol on the numerous trips he made with his wife. Ezrol traveled widely in the United States and Canada, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. The slides are accompanied by extensive journals documenting both his expenses and the subjects of photographs he was taking, along with notes on the geography and culture of the countries he visited. Some of the journals include tourist brochures and newspaper clippings.
Please note that the contents of the collection and the language and terminology used reflect the context and culture of the time of its creation. As an historical document, its contents may be at odds with contemporary views and terminology and considered offensive today. Biographical Note
Edward Ezrol was a textile engineer for the Robinson-Golluber Company. He earned a B.A. in mathematics from New York University. In retirement, Edward Ezrol traveled widely and took extensive photographs everywhere he went.
