Texts are arranged in the order that the stories appear in Swanton, "Myths and Tales of the Southeastern Indians," Bureau of American Ethnology-B 88, Washington, D. C., 1915. The Manuscript texts include all the Natchez stories in Bureau of American Ethnology-B 88 except stories 11, 16, and 17. The typescript text for story 1 only, "The Flood," includes a grammatical analysis (20 pages).
