[Original and inclosures returned to H.S. Halbert.] Brief eyewitness account of recapture of Cynthia Ann Parker.

Llano, Texas, November 18, 1908. 3 page typed copy with corrections and descriptive note concerning the original in the hand of James Mooney. [Original returned to H.S. Halbert.] Eyewitness account of recapture of Cynthia Ann Parker.
Scope and Contents
Mooney's note concerning first enclosure: "Written on 3 sheets in pencil. Incloses a clipping of children's Indian Suits--girl & boy, & with the girl has, in different handwriting, Synannan (V.) Parker had on dress something like this when captured...F.M. Cassaday." Mooney's note concerning second enclosure: "Written in pencil on 13 letter sheets of F M Cassaday, Livery & Feed Stable, Llano, Texas. On back of last sheet is written Francis Marion Cassaday, Llano, Tex."
