The collection consists of an original page of artwork for the Brain Boy comic book (No. 3, Page 3, December-February 1963), signed by Frank Springer (the artist or inker). The reverse side is stamped "Dell Comics."

Historical Note
The comic Brain Boy (1962-1963) featured the adventures of Matt Price, an undercover agent with psychic powers who worked for a clandestine branch of the Secret Service called the Organization of Active Anthropologists.
