Thirteen drawings, all but four accompanied by short handwritten essays regarding the scene, most signed by the artist. Probably produced as class exercises in composition and penmanship. Included are pictures of children's homes, farm animals, the Red Cloud Indian School, and a buffalo hunt. One inscribed "The Primary School, March number 1904, p. 224"
