The item was found in the John P. Harrington papers when it was processed. Elaine Mills, the editor, turned it over for cataloging in 1991. The document was signed out to Harrington on January 22, 1938, and was indicated as being "out" on July 25, 1939. Margaret Blaker noted that the document was not in the archives on August 12, 1957.
