Scope and Contents

Scope and Contents
Manuscript notations show not only the location of mound sites, but also names and types of artifacts found (i.e. "carved stone," "axe heads," "broken pottery," etc.) at many of the sites. Base map is entitled, "Mexican Oilfields...Ozuluana County, State of Veracruz, 1916." In the lower right corner a note indicating when the blueprint was made perhaps reads, "Tampico, Tamp., Jan., 1917. C.C.C."
