Glennan collection) describes a similar drawing of the same subject by the same artist, drawn on rawhide; Glennan identifies the artist, in his notes, as Gokliz, Chiricahua Apache, from Geronimo╩╝s band. A cross-reference on this catalogue card mentions another drawing in the Capron collection (catalogue number 270,075; USNM account number 52,933), which is also attributed to Gokliz; locality is given as San Carlos Reservation.
