Scope and Contents

Scope and Contents
An account of an expedition taken through New Mexico under the direction of Lieutenant G.M. Wheeler in 1873. It deals mostly with the area inhabited by the Pueblos, but a few comments are made on Navahos and Apaches. Although Loew is presumably the author of the account, this mmanuscript is in the hand of A.S. Gatschet, who may have used it in connection with his "Zwolf Sprachen aus dem Sudwestern Nordamerikas."
