Enclosed sketch of feather headdress. 2/ /50 - Notes on moccasins (sketches); notes on Saco or Sakoki tribe; linguistic notes. Enclosed letter to him written by Chief Nudahbeh (a Penobscot). 3/2/50 - Sketch of birch bark wigwam of Maine Indians, and notes in letter. 3/12/50 - Sketch of Indian moccasin; sketch (pen and ink) showing coon killing a copperhead.
