Item was found by Mr. Woolsey, foreman of a group of Civilian Conservation workers, along the Illinois and Michigan Canal, just east of Marseilles, Illinois. The Head is now at Camp Marseilles, Marseilles, Illinois, in the care of Mr. Battershill.
