Robert Ormsby Sweeny, druggist, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, in 1831; died in Duluth, September 6, 1902. He settled in St Paul in 1852; designed the great seal of the state of Minnesota in 1858; was the first fish commissioner of this state; later removed to Duluth, where for a time he was in charge of the U.
