The collection consists of a sample of Korean Hangul calligraphy made by Chul-Kyung Lee. The text is Psalm 128 translated into Korean.

Administration

Custodial History
Received through the Department of Anthropology by donation of Mrs. Chul-Kyung Lee, the calligrapher. The donation was on behalf of the Korean Arts Association of Greater Washington in connection with the formation of the Korean-American Friends of the Smithsonian Institution for the "5000 Years of Korean Art" exhibition that was at the National Museum of Natural History in 1981.
