Frederica de Laguna may have accumulated the material in theearly 1940s and, at some unspecified time, sent it to Henry Bascom Collins. Collins attempted to return it to Dr. Laguna in 1970s but, on her instruction, sent it to the archives. It was received on September 26, 1977.
