One printed note and libretto for The Gate City: A Masque of the City of Omaha, a production of the Lincoln Commerical Club of the University of Nebraska. It was the second of a series of The Pageant of Lincoln. The is also a printed program. The photographs include scenes from the masque, including a portion called The sacred tree of the Omaha. Included are actors in fanciful Indian costumes. One photograph shows the author Hartley B. Alexander, the composer Henry Purmort Eames, pageant director Robert D. Scott, and guests Alice Cunningham Fletcher and Francis La Flesche. The sacred tree of the Omaha was based on a description in Fletcher and La Flesche's The Omaha Tribe, 27th Annual Report of the Bureau of American

Also included is "The Mystery of Life," a presentation based on the Pawnee Hako ceremony as recorded and interpreted by Alice C. Fletcher.
