Ricardo Villaalba was a photographer born in Corocoro, Bolivia. From 1860 through the 1870s, he was an active in La Paz, Bolivia, and Arequipa, Peru. He became a member of the Societe Francaise de la Photographie after moving to Paris in 1880 and exhibited his work there in the 1890s.
