This collection includes five 4 1/16 by 2 3/16" photographs. Three feature Hubert Latham's Antoinette 1910 type aircraft in the air, one shows the aircraft on the meet grounds and the last is of Latham and his machine.

Biographical / Historical
In November of 1910, businessman Jerome Joyce sponsored an aviation meet at Halethorpe, Baltimore County, Maryland. Participants included Hubert Latham, Count Jacques de Lesseps, J. Armstrong Drexel, Eugene Ely, and Arch Hoxsey. During this meet, Hubert Latham made the first flight over Baltimore city.
