The collection consists primarily of advertising and promotional materials for products sold by the Fournet Drugstore in St. Martinville, Louisiana. Most of these materials are from well-known companies such as Hallmark Cards, Johnson & Johnson, Yardley of London and Max Factor. Of particular interest are the photographs of the African American community dating primarily from the 1950s.
