Scrapbook compiled by Lee, documenting her time as a student at the Fairmont Seminary in Washington, D.C. in the 1910s. The scrapbook mostly documents the social lives of Lee and other students at the school, especially the dances, sporting events, graduations and other activities at the U.S. Naval Academy. The contents of the scrapbook include a huge variety of types of documents, including letters, postcards, greeting cards and telegrams; photographs of students and their activities; drawings and paintings by Lee; report cards; menus; tickets to events; dance cards; calling cards; and a large number of artifacts (ribbons, cloth flowers, insignias, etc.) are also attached to the pages of the album.

The Fairmont Seminary was more customarily known as the Bristol School, named in 1904 for its founder, Alice A. Bristol. It was an Episcopal school for girls, offering two years worth of college work preparatory to college. It was located in Northwest Washington, and ceased operation in the 1940s.
