Collection is arranged into one series.

The black-and-white posters (approxaimtely 19" x 25") were produced by the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM)for their National Industrial Conservation Movement campaign around 1918. The posters provide a window on the early work of the NAM, a key group in terms of business history. The posters communicate the NAM's desire to reduce government regulation of business and to mold a supportive work ethic amongst factory workers.
