The Hooker-Howe Costume Company was located in the Bradford District of Haverhill, Massachusetts. According to one of its catalogues it was createdstarted in 1905. The company was headed by Mr. C. E. Hooker and consisted of the reception room; a show room; the main office; several wardore departments; the alteration, cleansing and pressing room; and the shipping department. Hooker-Howe offered costumes in addition to other items such as sets. Merchandise was shipped all across the counrty.
