These records document the planning, development and execution of public programs associated with collections and exhibitions. Programs provide additional opportunities to augment and enhance public awareness of Asian and Eastern culture beyond traditional exhibitions. Programs include hands-on projects for families, musical and dance performances, lectures, symposia, readings, films, and other special events.
Materials include budgets, notes, financial records, guest lists, seating charts, scheduling, performer releases, publicity files, clippings, ephemera, correspondence, internal memoranda, information regarding canceled performances, logistical information, contracts, invoices, activity guides, and related material.
