This accession consists of records that document the curatorial activities of Neal Benezra, Assistant Director for Art and Public Programs, regarding the development and execution of Clyfford Still: Paintings, 1944-1960. The exhibition opened at the Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden (HMSG) on June 21, 2001, and closed September 16, 2001. Materials include audiotapes, checklists, clippings, correspondence, exhibition catalog, installation photographs and slides, poster/calendar of events, press releases, research notes, and related materials.
