This accession includes the records of Richard J. Nicastro, documenting his role as Chief Financial Officer for the National Museum of American History (NMAH) primarily in fiscal years 1999-2001, with earlier records dating back to when he was Budget Director. Materials include correspondence, memoranda, and notes pertaining to personnel actions; federal and trust fund allocations; loans; education outreach awards; grants; scholarly studies programs; NMAH strategic planning; funding for collections, exhibitions, and special events/programs; and committees.
