This accession consists of video elements documenting the Office of Telecommunications production, "300 Years of American Papermaking." This was an interactive video to commemorate the building of the first paper mill in the American colonies in 1690 near Germantown, Pennsylvania, by William Rittenhouse and his partners; and the industry's growth.
