This accession consists of records that document exhibition and building planning of the Division of Mechanical and Civil Engineering for the Hall of Tools, the Hall of Heavy Machinery, the Hall of Power Machinery, offices, and work space in the National Museum of History and Technology (now the National Museum of American History). Some records date to when the museum was known as the Museum of History and Technology. Records also include several architectural drawings of storage space in the Arts & Industries Building. Materials include architectural drawings, blueprints, and transparencies for exhibit displays.
