This accession consists of records created and maintained by Devra G. Kleiman, documenting the activities of the National Zoological Park's Research Council. Kleiman was a research scientist who also served as Assistant Director for Animal Programs, 1983-1984; Assistant Director for Zoological Research and Educational Activities, 1984-1985; and Assistant Director for Research, 1985-1996.
