This accession consists of visual materials collected and maintained by Leonda Levchuck, Public Affairs Assistant. The materials document the various receptions, events, and galas put on by the National Museum of the American Indian (NMAI), Office of External Affairs and National Campaign and NMAI, Office of Public Affairs. Also documented are exhibitions, news conferences, workshops, dinners, volunteer events, the opening of the George Gustav Heye Center (GGHC), and donors. Materials include correspondence; memoranda; clippings; black-and-white photographs, transparencies, slides, and negatives; color photographs, transparencies, slides, and negatives; and contact sheets. Some materials are in electronic format.
