This accession includes the project files of Frank C. Gilmore, Facilities Program Analyst for the Office of Facilities Services (OFS). The records primarily document the Quadrangle Museum Project and other facility-related issues at the Smithsonian Institution, with earlier records dating back to when OFS was known as the Office of Facilities Planning and Engineering Services.
