This accession consists of records documenting the activities of the National Air and Space Museum prior to the completion of the National Air and Space Museum building. The majority of the materials document project planning within the Aeronautics Department. Materials also document overall move preparations and facility staffing. Materials include project plans, memoranda, notes, object lists, a shipping invoice, and related materials.
